So…. Its November?! October has flown by! I love this time of year  it’s the start of the festive season all the shops are getting festive and I love it. October, November and December are the BEST time of year in my opinion. Halloween, Firework night and Christmas, anyway here are some things I’ve been loving in October.

Autumnal Candles

I am obsessed with candles I have so many that I have made a candle cupboard in my room but that doesn’t stop me buying more. I have been loving autumnal style candles such as my Salted Caramel Candle , Frankincense and Myrrh Candle which is £2.50 from Sainsbury’s so cheap and looks so pretty! (you will need to go into store to pick one up) and my Snickerdoodle Candle  which is very strong and not everyone will love!

Cleansing,Toning & Lips

Caudalie Gentle Cleansing Milk, Caudalie Beauty Elixir & Zoella Vanilla Lip Balm

My Nan got me a load of Caudalie Minis when she went to France and the gentle cleansing milk was my favourite product out of them all and I had to purchase the full-sized product. It is as the name says a  very gentle cleansing milk,  it makes my skin feel very moisturized and radiant.

The Caudalie Beauty Elixir is a real princess product, it isn’t a necessity in your skin care routine but it is a lovely luxurious product, I bought this from Space NK when I purchased the cleansing milk. I love Caudlie products they are worth every penny. I use the Elixir before and after my makeup and just to brighten my skin when needed.

I have also been loving the Zoella Vanilla Lip Balm its rare that I find a lip balm I really like as I find most lip balms don’t seem to do anything to my lips but coat them. But I have been using this Lip Balm at work and I’ve been loving it! Especially with the change in seasons my lips are needing a bit more TLC than usual so this lip balm is perfect.

Moisturizing

Garnier Skin Active Moisture Bomb Night Gel-Cream

I was proven wrong! I have never used a Garnier moisturizer I’m not entirely sure why but I am always drawn to the more high-end brands for skin care and never give the high-street brands a chance! This was on offer in boots in September and I thought I would give it a ago, I find this is more of day cream than night as it is very light, it’s a gel consistency it slightly resembles the Clinque moisture Surge Gel Cream which is a lot more pricey.

Body Cream

I wish we had Bath and Body Works in England 😦 the products are so lovely and I can’t wait to grab some more when I go to the states next month. This body cream is so soft and creamy and doesn’t leave me feeling all sticky! It smells so nice! but I have had this quite a while I must admit so I do need to get rid of it soon and get a new one!

Foundation

Delilah Time Frame Future Resist Foundation SPF 20

I have been loving this foundation! I have wanted to try it for a while now but I have never been able to find a Space NK which stocks it so I can choose a shade. I actually found this in TK MAX for £10 such a bargain! I love looking at the makeup in TK MAX you can find really good things in there if you have a rummage. This foundation is very flawless and dewy, it has SPF 20 which is always a good thing (unless your taking photos with the flash)!

Mascara

I have heard a lot about this mascara so I thought I would try it out, I didn’t like it at first but once it dried out slightly I really liked it, very lengthening.

Powder & Bronzer

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder & Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronzer

I got the Hourglass Ambient Lighting powder at the beginning of  September and I have honestly used it everyday since I got it. I spoke about both these products in detail on my Autumn Makeup Essentials blog post so head over there for more info!

Note Books & Writing

This is quite a random favourite but very similar to my candle obsession I have a note-book obsession I have so many! I got these 3 in Cornwall a couple of weekends ago and I love them! I love writing to do lists and planning things on paper instead of on technology sometimes.
