I can’t believe it is CHRISTMAS EVE-EVE (Yes it is a thing)!!!! Christmas is seriously the best time of the year and its nearly here.
As much as I get January blues when Christmas is all over I do love making New Years resolutions and starting the year fresh.
I used to make so many new years resolutions which made it near impossible to stick to them. So in recent years I just made a few goals for the year.
1- Make more time doing things that make me happy. Whether that’s keeping a day to myself, going on a country walk or eating at my favourite restaurant I want to make more time for the things I love most in life.
2- Put a lot more time and effort into my blog as it makes me so happy.
3- STICK TO THE GYM & DIET!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really want to get back into health and fitness, my main inspirations for this have been Romme Strjid, Grace Fit Uk & of course Tammy Hembrow. I just really want to become the best healthiest version of myself.
4- Put my phone down. I really need to stop living my life through a screen and remember there was life before Instagram.
5- Help charities more. I really want to do things for charities such as AGE UK and Silverline which I just heard about at the perfect time! (I just watched this vlog from Katie Snooks) I’m going to do my research and see what I can do to help.
